Štorije O’spize 2022, Split

We took part in organizing this magificent event –  Štorije o’ spize – The first Month of Gastronomy in Split. A whole series of top restaurants that offer Dalmatian delicacies at promotional prices participate in them, the first Gourmet Marathon will be organized, and numerous interesting outdoor events and educations will be held. The world’s number 1 chef is also coming to the city under Marjan mountain.

Even more interesting are the stories of the Split Tourist Board and the City of Split, which in a unique way develop and promote the largest Dalmatian city as a top food and wine destination, thus extending the tourist season, and in addition to numerous guests, the people of Split will also enjoy it.

Prominent local chefs will take them on an unforgettable gastronomic journey during the October. From week to week top restaurants will offer new menus, but on the plate there will always be selected Mediterranean foods combined according to traditional, sometimes somewhat forgotten Dalmatian recipes.

Adriatic Sushi&Oyster Bar, Artichoke, Baza food bar, Bokeria, Central-Hotel Santa Lucia, Chops Grill-Steak&Seafood, Corto Maltese, Dujkin dvor, Dvor, Maestro Grill Club, Mazzgoon, Méditerranée-Hotel Ambasador, Noir, Noštromo, Olive Tree, Pandora Greenbox, Pinku Fish&Wine, Štorija, Šug, Trattoria Tinel, Zinfandel, Zoi, Zona, Zora bila, Zrno Soli – this is an impressive list of restaurants, each of which in its own way will be talking about Štorija o’ spiza and offering Dalmatian gastronomic delicacies at promotional prices during October.

As part of the prestigious, jubilee 10th Taste the Mediterranean festival, the foreign culinary elite is also arriving in Split. 40 foreign and domestic chefs, awarded with Michelin stars, Gault&Millau caps and other important culinary awards, will prepare top dishes in 20 Split restaurants, as well as hold a series of workshops and masterclasses for visitors.

Lovers of a good drop will also get their money’s worth. at the Wine Festival in Peškarija. On those days, the mythical place for the people of Split will be the backdrop for the presentation of autochthonous and forgotten varieties of winemakers from the Dalmatian region, Visitor will also be delighted by the offer of local OPGs. Wines and delicacies such as prosciutto, cheese and soparnik will be available for tasting and purchase at special festival prices.
